Cancellation Policy
I understand that things happen, but I have bills too. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for haircuts and 48 hours for color/chemical services. Cancellations or missed appointments without requisite notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
